Moxa Stick — Traditional Warming Wellness Rolls

Crafted from pure Chinese mugwort (Artemisia argyi), harvested and aged for a clean, even burn. Enjoyed as part of a traditional Eastern wellness and relaxation ritual.

Traditional Use In Eastern herbal culture, mugwort has long been valued for its warming qualities and used in a soothing, aromatic warming ritual. Many enjoy the gentle warmth as part of a calming self-care routine.

Usage Tips (for a comfortable experience)

  • Best enjoyed during daytime; many prefer a morning session. In the evening, limit use to the feet area.
  • Keep the skin covered with a cloth or blanket during use; do not apply directly to exposed skin.
  • After your session, gently rub the area with your hand.
  • Avoid contact with water for about two hours afterward (no shower or washing the area).
  • If you feel thirsty, sip a cup of warm water.
  • Suggested rhythm: daily for the first week, then every other day.
  • Usage: Cut 2cm long of the stick for one acupoint. Do moxibustion one hour after meal, best to do it in the daytime, when you are doing moxibustion, you can drink warm water. Before you do the moxibustion you can rub your acupoints for 3 times by hand, after you finish your moxibustion you rub your acupoint for 3 times too. Don't touch any water and don't get any wind in 2 hours after you finish your moxibustion. The day you do moxibustion, no sex.

If you feel thirsty often even you drink a lot of water, or you have dry skin, dry mouth and dry lips, it means you are too lack of fluids, you need to drink fluids tea for 2 weeks and update me the pic of your tongue on WhatsApp. Then you can do the moxibustion, otherwise you will be worse and worse.

To prevent the moxa stick from extinguishing midway during use, please knead and roll it with your hands before lighting it to loosen it up.

A Note on Quality The character of the mugwort matters for a smooth, clean burn. We selected a trusted supplier after years of sourcing.
