How to Choose — 2-Minute Self-Check
Two questions. That's your diagnosis — done by you, in 2 minutes.
You don't need to message us. Tick what sounds like you, and the right starting point picks itself.
Is dampness heavy on you?
The more you tick, the more "drain first" matters.
- Body feels heavy, limbs like sandbags
- Puffy — face in the morning, legs by evening
- Stool sticky, sticks to the bowl
- Tongue puffy with teeth-marks, white greasy coating (or cracks)
- Head feels foggy, tired even after a full night's sleep
- Skin oily, breakout- or eczema-prone
Do you run dry?
This one decides your first step.
- Dry mouth, dry lips, dry skin — thirsty a lot
- Warm palms & soles, heat waves in the afternoon
- Night sweats
- Restless sleep, easy waking
- Dry, hard stools
- Tongue red with little coating (or cracks)
Your body is a garden. Water before sun — never the other way.
Soaks, baths and moxa are warmth — the sun. If your soil is dry, sun only bakes it harder. So: ticked several "dry" signs → start with Fluids Tea until no dryness before any moxa. Didn't tick them → start moxa from day one. Either way, everyone drains dampness before building — the one rule that never changes.
Everyone starts at Step 1 · Open. Here's why that works for you.
Whatever you came in with, the first 3 months are the same: open the flow. Then your kit moves you forward automatically.
Heavy · puffy · foggy
Classic dampness. Your year does exactly what your body is asking for: drain first, in the right order.
→ Start: Open Kit (+ moxa if you're not dry)Dry · warm · restless
Your soil is dry. Water it until no dryness — then the same journey works with your body instead of against it.
→ Start: Open Kit + Moxa + Fluids TeaTired · pale · always cold
You want to "build" right away — we get it. But building into a blocked river is money in the mud. Open first; the build comes in Step 3, and it finally holds.
→ Start: Open Kit — your tonics are already insideDrain dampness first, then build.
