Preparation

This is a hight quality product, the herbs (roots) are potent, plentiful and carefully packaged. It helps me with menopausal dry hot flashes and persistent thirst. The tea tastes mellow and has a slightly sweet earthy flavor. After drinking the tea, one can eat the herbs / roots as well in soups and stews.

Can I drink it with Tibetan red yeast tea in the same jug? Can I reuse the bags the next day ?
