Tibetan Formula Herbal Bath — 4-Stage Body Ritual
Nature Heals · Ancient Tibetan Herbal Wisdom for Modern Well-being
A monthly bath & foot-soak ritual designed to support your body in the traditional order it responds best: Open → Release → Balance → Strengthen.
What It Is
A set of concentrated Tibetan herbal bath essences, used as a foot soak or full-body bath. Each 10 ml bottle is formulated for one stage of a 4-step monthly cycle. The energy oil is used after soaking to complete the ritual.
Net Content: 10 ml per bottle × 95 bottles + 50 ml energy oil
The 4-Stage Idea: Why This Order?
Traditional Tibetan wellness sees the body as a system that works best in sequence. You do not build a house before clearing the ground. The same idea applies here:
| Stage | Month | What It Means | Why It Comes Here |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tong 通 — Open | 1-3 | Warm the surface and support natural circulation. | First, you open the flow so the body can respond. |
| Pai 排 — Release | 3-6 | Support the body’s natural release of built-up heaviness through gentle sweating. | Once flow is open, the body can let go of what it does not need. |
| Tiao 调 — Balance | 6-9 | Nourish and support inner balance after release. | With heaviness cleared, the body is ready to re-balance. |
| Gu 固 — Strengthen | 9-12 | Support steady daily vitality and help the body hold the benefits. | Last, you reinforce so the rhythm lasts. |
The simple rule: open first, release second, balance third, strengthen last. Skipping the order is like trying to fill a cup before you rinse it.
