Stage 2 · Release — the products

Let the heaviness go. Flow is open; now the body can let go. Warming soaks and, if you are not dry, moxa support the natural release of built-up heaviness.

Bath or foot soak — you choose one. Do NOT take a full-body bath if you have any of these: high blood pressure · cancer · pregnancy · epilepsy · severe heart disease or a history of stroke · asthma · bleeding disorders · open wounds or deep cuts. If any of these apply, choose the foot-soak version — same formula, same rhythm, gentler on the body. Foot soaking is the safe choice for everyone. If you are unsure, check with your doctor first.
