*I. Preparation*

*II. Process*

*Step 3:*
At 6:00 AM (the optimal time for detox), drink the first cup of saltwater:
- Mix the pre-prepared saltwater with freshly boiled water to reach 600ml, maintaining a temperature of 40°C.
- *Drinking technique:* Take large, quick gulps to help the water reach the colon faster and stimulate bowel movement. Ensure the water tastes salty (slightly saltier than regular meals) so the intestines treat it as "blood fluid" and avoid absorbing it, allowing thorough flushing.
*Exercises:*
1. *Upward Stretch:*
- Interlace fingers, palms facing up. Rise onto tiptoes, stretch upward, and practice abdominal breathing (inhale to expand the belly, exhale to contract) 10 times.
2. *Side Stretches:*
- Interlace fingers, palms up. Inhale deeply, then exhale while stretching to the left. Return while inhaling, repeat on the right. Perform 50 stretches per side.
3. *Sit-Ups:*
- 20 sit-ups per set, 5 sets total (100 sit-ups).
After these exercises, drink the *second cup of 600ml warm saltwater*.
- 30 minutes later, drink 300ml.
- Continue drinking 300ml every 30 minutes, totaling *10 cups (300ml each)*.
*Total:* 12 sessions (2×600ml + 10×300ml).
